  • How do I wash my plant- dyed garments?
    + Do only wash by hand + Do only wash with cold water + Do only wash with no or a bit of natural soap
  • How do I track my package?
    For national orders (within Germany) you can track your package here. Your tracking number for national orders is a 20-digit code consisting only of numbers. You receive this code in the shipping confirmation email. For international orders (everywhere else except Germany) you can track your package here. You find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email that you receive upon shipping of your order. The format of the tracking code is either a 20-digit code of letters and numbers or a 13-digit code consisting of letter and numbers. Please mind that : once an international order has crossed the border to the country of destination you need to check with your country's national postal service for the whereabouts of the package. In most cases there is a direct link to the national postal service when you track the package as mentioned above.
  • How do I exchange or return my item?
    For return or exchange requests, please contact us! You can return/ exchange your item(s) within 14 days of dispatch. Please note that all items must be in their original unworn condition to be accepted for return, unless it is a manufacturing defect. ​ Please be advised that you are responsible for the shipping fees incurred for the return.
  • Do you have a physical store?
    No, at this time we only have an online shop! But we do sometimes sell on markets , festivals or pop up events, follow us on instagram to stay informed!
  • Can I resell your garments in my shop?
    We are more than happy that your interested in selling our garments in your shop - for B2B requests please contact us via for an individualised offer on your selection.
