For national orders (within Germany) you can track your package here. Your tracking number for national orders is a 20-digit code consisting only of numbers. You receive this code in the shipping confirmation email.
For international orders (everywhere else except Germany) you can track your package here. You find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email that you receive upon shipping of your order. The format of the tracking code is either a 20-digit code of letters and numbers or a 13-digit code consisting of letter and numbers.
Please mind that : once an international order has crossed the border to the country of destination you need to check with your country's national postal service for the whereabouts of the package. In most cases there is a direct link to the national postal service when you track the package as mentioned above.
