I’m happy to announce that August 29th (Thursday) I will teach a beautiful workshop on textile dyeing with Indigo. This is an introduction to Indigo - the plant, they dye and the process. In the cozy studio nagelneu (Hermannstraße 103) we’ll explore the possibilities of dyeing with the indigo vat with a focus on creating patterns using shibori folds and clamps.

You can bring your own white cloth (only natural fabrics) for dyeing or you can dye a linen fabric I provide you. The workshop will take place from 6:30 pm to 8:30pm and I ask for a contribution of 30 Euro. You can PayPal the 30 Euro to info@kemiatelier.com or pay in cash on the workshop day.
